Summary: Would stay here again. Beautiful hotel with magnificent view, art collection and friendly staff. Room was spacious and good breakfast. During our stay, air conditioning was not available. It’s a centralized system so if you come between seasons be aware or contact hotel for details first.

Summary: Very nice and quiet place, away from the noise and crowds but close enough to the main attractions. I am very pleased with the hospitality, the staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Our kid was sick during our trip and they accommodated us with all of our needs to make sure we could make the most out of our visit

Summary: El Casco is a fantastic hotel. The staff was excellent. The food at the restaurant was perfect and so was the morning breakfast. We were very happy with our stay and will definitely come back in the future.

Summary: Wonderful staff front desk staff amazing. Nicolas in the restaurant was sooooo amazing. Keep him!!!!! Ladies in the restaurant for breakfast terrific!! Would go back for sure!!!!!

Summary: The hotel staff were fabulous, the rooms were large and beds comfortable. The hotel is a bit worn round the edges (the gym especially needs some investment) but it’s overall charming. The food was great, especially the breakfast! Will definitely come back.
